ORDERS: We usually gather seeds according to customer's requirements subject to crop success, unless the seed is in our warehouse. Please note ripening dates and place your orders well in advance. Should fulfillment of any order or contract be prevented or delayed by causes beyond our control, we shall not be responsible for any loss and damage.

OTHER SEEDS: If you do not see the species you want, please inquire about availability. We shall undertake to obtain commercial quantities of most species. The herbage vegetable, cereal, fodder, oil and fibre seeds are available too. Please do not hesitate to contact with us if you are interested in them.

QUALITY: The seeds we sell usually are from the fresh crop. We always do our best to supply you with high quality seeds with best germination and purity. We shall inform you of the expected germination and origin information of your ordered seed if you need.

PRICES: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars on Fob Beijing basis and may be subject to fluctuation, but every effort is made to maintain price stability. Please contact with us for those species without price listed.

Special prices can be given for bulk quantities.

PAYMENT: Please pay by bank draft or telegraphic transfer within 30 days of invoice date. An irrevocable letter of credit is requested in case of a large order.
BARE ROOTS PLANTS: We only list a part of young plants here without the sizes, a lot of young plants including miniature landscape and flower are also available. For details, please get in touch with us.

POTTED PLANTS: The plants are grown in pots with peat moss. They could be shipped together with the peat moss and (or) pots without washing. The highest surviving rate of plants will be expected.　If you need the plants which are not in our list, please do not hesitate to contact with us, and we may grow them for you specially.

CLAIMS: Claims for any cause must be made in writing within 15 days after arrival of seeds. If buyer fails to give such notice, buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the seeds, CNTSC furthermore will not consider any claims after the seed has been cleaned, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified, or used in any way. Claims for losses while goods are in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. We usually use the same seed or plant for replacement immediately or in next harvest season if claim happens.
The price list is valid only until June 30, 2008.
